Job Description

Manulife Asia is seeking a Senior AI Architect to join its Health AI Squad in Singapore, leading the design and integration of scalable, enterprise-ready Health AI solutions across Asia.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the design and integration of scalable Health AI solutions across Asia
- Partner with Data Scientists, ML Engineers and AI Developers to architect, build and support scalable Health AI services
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and IT subject matter experts to understand health data sources and define architecture patterns
- Design and guide implementation of advanced AI solution patterns, including RAG, agentic workflows and multi-agent approaches
- Work with business and technology partners to gather requirements, define solution designs and integrate Health AI capabilities with enterprise platforms
- Establish reusable architecture patterns, standards, processes and tools for consistent, secure and scalable delivery
- Drive adoption of Health AI capabilities by influencing stakeholders and shaping implementation roadmaps

REQUIREMENTS
- Significant experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale technology delivery
- Experience integrating Generative AI services with health data, workflows and core platforms
- Ability to ensure solutions are secure, reusable, measurable and aligned with enterprise technology standards
