Job Description

MediServe Staffing is hiring vigilant Security Guards for our corporate and residential clients in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor premises, control access points, conduct regular patrols, and respond professionally to incidents, ensuring the safety of people and property at all times. Posts rotate between gatehouse duties, lobby reception and mobile patrols to keep the role varied. You will use modern access-control and CCTV systems following SIRA-approved procedures.\n\nWe provide full UAE visa sponsorship, SIRA security training and licensing, uniforms, and accommodation. Security offers stable, respected employment with regular salary reviews and advancement into supervisory and site-management positions. Overtime during events and holidays is plentiful for those who want it. Annual SIRA licence renewal and first-aid refresher training are fully covered. Free uniform replacements are provided annually, along with refresher safety training.

Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV systems and control access at entry points\nConduct regular foot patrols of assigned premises\nVerify identification and maintain visitor logs\nRespond promptly and professionally to alarms and incidents\nWrite clear incident reports for management review\nEnforce site rules and emergency procedures calmly

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent\nPrevious security or military/police background preferred\nPhysically fit with good observation skills\nHonest, alert and disciplined character\nWillingness to work 12-hour shifts on rotation\nWillingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi; visa sponsorship provided
