You will set the strategic vision, lead 120+ staff and ensure outstanding outcomes for 1,400 students. This executive on-site role offers visa sponsorship and an exceptional tax-free package. Responsibilities

Set strategic vision and lead whole-school improvement.
Manage 120+ teaching and support staff.
Oversee curriculum, assessment and attainment.
Control budgets and ensure financial health.
Build strong parent and community relationships.
Ensure compliance with ADEK regulations.

Requirements

Master's degree in education or leadership.
Recognised teaching qualification.
8+ years in education with 4+ in senior leadership.
Proven record of raising school standards.
Outstanding communication and leadership presence.
Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi; visa provided.
