Job Description

GlobalHealth Care is hiring a licensed Pharmacist for our Toronto community pharmacy. You will dispense prescriptions accurately, counsel patients on medications and collaborate with prescribers to optimise therapy. This on-site role combines clinical expertise with trusted community relationships. You will manage inventory, supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure full regulatory compliance.

You will also deliver vaccinations, conduct medication reviews and support our chronic disease management programmes. Responsibilities

Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
Counsel patients on proper medication use.
Check for drug interactions and contraindications.
Administer vaccinations and health screenings.
Conduct medication reviews for chronic patients.
Maintain controlled substance records per regulations.

Requirements

Licensed pharmacist in Ontario (OCP).
PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
2+ years of community pharmacy experience preferred.
Injection certification an asset.
Strong attention to detail and ethics.
Excellent patient communication skills.
