Job Description

GlobalHealth Care is hiring a precise Medical Laboratory Technician for our Doha diagnostic laboratory. You will perform haematology, biochemistry and microbiology tests that underpin accurate diagnoses. This on-site role offers visa sponsorship and a tax-free package in Qatar's expanding healthcare sector. You will participate in external quality assessment schemes and internal audits.

You will operate analysers, validate results and maintain strict quality control. Our CAP-accredited lab handles high volumes with cutting-edge automation. Candidates with ASCP certification or equivalent are strongly preferred, and we assist with Qatar licensing requirements. Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic tests across haematology and biochemistry.
Operate and maintain laboratory analysers.
Validate results and flag critical values urgently.
Maintain quality control and calibration records.
Follow biosafety and infection control protocols.
Assist pathologists with specimen processing.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in medical laboratory technology.
2+ years of clinical laboratory experience.
ASCP certification or equivalent preferred.
Eligible for Qatar healthcare licensing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to relocate to Doha; visa provided.
