Maintenance Engineer

BuildRight Contracting is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for our Singapore facilities management portfolio. You will keep commercial buildings running smoothly through preventive maintenance, rapid fault response and contractor supervision. This on-site role offers stable employment in Singapore's world-class built environment. You will manage critical spares inventory and optimise maintenance budgets.

You will manage maintenance schedules, troubleshoot M&E systems and ensure compliance with BCA regulations. Our portfolio includes offices, retail and industrial properties. Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes.
Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot faults.
Supervise maintenance contractors and technicians.
Ensure compliance with BCA and safety regulations.
Maintain asset registers and service records.
Recommend upgrades to improve reliability.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
3+ years of building maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting across M&E systems.
Knowledge of BCA regulations.
Good vendor management skills.
Eligibility to work in Singapore.
