Job Description

SkyLine Hospitality Group is hiring courteous and sales-driven Hotel Reservations Agents for our central reservations office in Jeddah. You will handle incoming reservation enquiries by phone and email, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and upsell room categories and packages to maximise revenue. Group and MICE enquiries add variety, letting you quote for weddings, conferences and extended-stay bookings.\n\nFull training on our reservations systems is provided, and top performers earn attractive monthly incentives on top of their base salary. Responsibilities

Handle inbound reservation enquiries via phone, email and online channels\nConvert enquiries into confirmed bookings using effective selling techniques\nUpsell room categories, packages and hotel facilities to maximise revenue\nProcess amendments, cancellations and no-show follow-ups accurately\nMaintain detailed guest records and special-request notes in the PMS\nCoordinate with front office on arrivals, VIP bookings and group allocations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent\nPrevious reservations, sales or customer-service experience preferred\nExcellent telephone manner and persuasive communication in English; Arabic a plus\nTarget-driven mindset with ability to meet conversion goals\nGood computer skills and quick learning of reservations systems\nWillingness to work shifts including weekends
