Job Description
Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter is recruiting an Executive Housekeeper to lead daily shift operations across housekeeping, recreation/health club and laundry. The role directs a team to keep guestrooms, public spaces and employee areas clean and well maintained.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Direct daily shift operations of housekeeping, recreation/health club and, if applicable, laundry
- Ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
- Supervise the property general cleaning schedule and support an effective inspection programme
- Manage the department's controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
- Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints, striving to improve service performance
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
- Train new room attendants and provide follow-up training as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED plus 2 years' experience in housekeeping or a related professional area
- OR a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related major
- Ability to communicate areas that need attention to staff and follow up to ensure understanding
