Job Description

EduWorld International is recruiting ESL English Teachers for our language schools across Tokyo. You will teach conversational and business English to motivated adult and young learners in small, interactive classes. This entry-level on-site role is a fantastic way to live in Japan while building teaching experience. You will teach a mix of group lessons and one-to-one sessions tailored to student goals.

No Japanese language skills are required, and full training is provided before you start. We sponsor work visas, assist with housing and offer a supportive community of international teachers. Responsibilities

Teach English conversation classes to small groups.
Prepare lesson plans using provided curriculum materials.
Assess student progress and give constructive feedback.
Create a fun, encouraging classroom atmosphere.
Participate in school events and cultural activities.
Maintain attendance and progress records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Native or near-native English proficiency.
TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred (training available).
Energetic, friendly and culturally adaptable personality.
No Japanese required.
Willingness to relocate to Tokyo; visa sponsored.
