Job Description

SkyLine Hospitality Group's cruise division is recruiting enthusiastic hospitality staff for our Caribbean and Mediterranean sailings departing from Miami. Positions are available across guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping and entertainment support, all offering the adventure of working at sea while earning tax-efficient income. Departments include guest services, restaurants, bars, housekeeping, retail and youth activities, matched to your strengths.\n\nLife on board means travelling to spectacular destinations, meeting colleagues from dozens of nationalities, and building a truly international career. Contracts are typically 6-8 months with paid leave between assignments, and we cover your travel to and from the ship along with accommodation and meals on board. Crew welfare facilities include gyms, crew bars and dedicated recreation areas on every ship. Recontracts are offered to high performers within weeks of sign-off, with preferred departments prioritised.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent guest service within your assigned department on board\nFollow maritime safety procedures and participate in mandatory safety drills\nMaintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism\nAssist with embarkation, disembarkation and port-day operations\nWork collaboratively with an international crew across departments\nUphold company policies and represent the cruise brand positively

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent\nPrevious hospitality or customer-service experience preferred\nGood English communication skills; additional languages an advantage\nPhysically fit and able to pass maritime medical examinations\nWillingness to live and work on board for 6-8 month contracts\nValid passport and ability to obtain seafarer documentation
