SkyLine Hospitality Group is hiring a Content Marketing Manager for our Dubai regional office to own storytelling across our luxury hotel portfolio. You will lead a team of writers and videographers producing destination guides, hotel features and campaign content that inspires travellers across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our Dubai content studio produces stories for a portfolio of luxury properties, reaching millions of travellers through search, social and partner publications.

Responsibilities

Own content strategy across blogs, guides, video and social
Lead and mentor a team of writers and content creators
Produce destination and property storytelling that drives bookings
Manage editorial calendar aligned with campaigns and seasons
Measure content performance and optimise for engagement and revenue
Collaborate with PR, social and paid media teams

Requirements

3-5 years of content marketing experience, ideally in travel/hospitality
Exceptional writing and editorial judgement
Team leadership or strong mentoring experience
SEO-aware content planning skills
Experience with CMS platforms and analytics
Passion for travel and hospitality storytelling
