Job Description

MediServe Staffing's family-care division in London is seeking warm, responsible Babysitters and Nannies for full-time placements with vetted families. You will care for children of various ages, organise engaging activities, prepare meals, assist with school routines, and provide the safe, nurturing environment every child deserves. Placements are typically sole-charge roles with children aged from newborn to twelve years. Many families offer live-in arrangements with private accommodation.\n\nWe carefully match nannies with families to ensure the right fit, and provide paediatric first-aid training, contracts with proper employment rights, and ongoing support from our care coordinators. Many of our nannies enjoy long-term placements lasting several years with wonderful families. Long-service awards recognise nannies completing two or more years with the same family. Paid trial days ensure a good fit for both family and nanny before placements begin.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, loving care for children of various ages\nPlan engaging age-appropriate activities, play and outings\nPrepare healthy meals and snacks following family guidelines\nAssist with school pickups, homework and bedtime routines\nMaintain children's rooms and play areas tidy and safe\nCommunicate daily updates to parents on activities and wellbeing

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; childcare qualification preferred\nPrevious babysitting or nanny experience with strong references\nGenuine love for children with patience and energy\nPaediatric first-aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain\nEnhanced background check clearance required\nEligibility to work in the United Kingdom
