The Erasmus Mundus MAPP consortium is offering its fully funded EMJM scholarship to outstanding applicants for the 2027–2029 MA in Public Policy, a two-year joint degree delivered across Austria, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK.
Scholarship Details
- The scholarship is calculated at €1,400 per month, up to a maximum of €33,600 over 24 months, assisting with travel, visa, installation and subsistence costs.
- Recipients receive a full tuition-fee waiver.
- Additional financial support is available for students with individual disability or support needs.
- The Mundus MAPP Consortium purchases health insurance meeting EACEA minimum requirements for all enrolled students for the duration of studies, plus two weeks before and two months after.
- The scholarship does NOT cover the Year 1 study visit (€600–1,000), the Year 2 winter school (€600–1,000), or travel and visa costs when moving between home and consortium countries.
- A separate Institutional Scholarship offers one 50% tuition-fee waiver per study track at the Year 1 and Year 2 institutions, with no monthly stipend.
- The programme runs for 24 months and is jointly delivered by Central European University, University of York, ISS Rotterdam and IBEI Barcelona.
- There is no separate scholarship application form and no application fee beyond the programme's standard requirements.
- Limited EMJM scholarships are awarded to the highest-ranked applicants for the full 24-month duration of the programme.
Eligibility for Pakistani Applicants
- Open to outstanding applicants from both within and outside the EU, including Pakistani applicants.
- Scholarships are awarded on academic merit to the highest-ranked applicants.
- Applicants must submit their programme application by 1 December 2026 and indicate their interest in financial aid in the online portal.
- Applicants who have already benefited from an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master scholarship cannot apply for an additional EMJM scholarship.
- An EMJM scholarship holder cannot hold another EU-funded scholarship for the same period of enrolment.
