Job Description

SkyLine Hospitality Group is hiring friendly and energetic Waiters and Waitresses for our all-day dining restaurants and banquet operations in Doha. You will deliver attentive table service, guide guests through the menu, and ensure every dining experience reflects our reputation for warm Middle Eastern hospitality. Full training is provided, making this an ideal role for motivated individuals starting a hospitality career. You will also assist with private dining events and large banquet functions, which offer additional service-charge earnings.\n\nWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds and provide complete Qatar work visa sponsorship, accommodation and meals on duty. With regular performance reviews and internal promotion pathways, many of our restaurant supervisors and outlet managers began their careers in exactly this role. English-language and service-skills workshops are held monthly to support your professional growth.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide attentive, courteous table service throughout the meal\nPresent menus, explain dishes and beverages, and make confident recommendations\nTake accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen\nServe food and drinks following established service standards\nHandle guest feedback and minor complaints professionally, escalating where needed\nAssist with table setup, clearing, and banquet or event service as required

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent\nPrevious restaurant or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential\nGood spoken English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus\nFriendly personality with a genuine passion for guest service\nAbility to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts including weekends\nWell-groomed professional appearance
