Job Description

SkyLine Hospitality Group is appointing an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our 320-room luxury property in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee all departments including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping and engineering, driving guest satisfaction, revenue performance and team engagement. This is a senior leadership role for a proven hotelier ready to run a flagship asset.\n\nThe successful candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, with P and L responsibility and a track record of delivering RevPAR growth and outstanding guest review scores. You will also chair the weekly revenue meeting and approve all departmental rosters across the property.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across all hotel departments ensuring seamless guest experiences\nTake full P and L responsibility, driving revenue, occupancy and profitability targets\nMonitor guest satisfaction scores and implement continuous service improvements\nRecruit, develop and retain high-performing department heads and teams\nOversee budgets, forecasting, cost control and capital expenditure planning\nEnsure compliance with brand standards, health and safety, and local regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field\nMinimum 7 years of hotel experience with at least 3 years in senior management\nDemonstrated success in driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction metrics\nStrong financial literacy including budgeting, forecasting and P and L management\nExceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills\nWillingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi; family visa sponsorship provided
