SkyLine Hospitality Group is seeking a polished and resourceful Concierge for our boutique luxury hotel in Paris. As the go-to expert for our discerning guests, you will arrange restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, private tours and bespoke experiences, turning every stay into an unforgettable memory. This role is perfect for someone with deep local knowledge and a passion for exceptional service. From securing hard-to-get dinner reservations to arranging last-minute helicopter transfers, no two days are ever the same.\n\nWorking in one of the world's great hospitality cities, you will build relationships with the finest restaurants, venues and service providers in Paris. Responsibilities
Provide personalised recommendations and arrange reservations for restaurants, shows and tours\nHandle special guest requests including transport, shopping and private experiences\nBuild and maintain relationships with local venues, suppliers and service partners\nManage guest luggage, valet coordination and pre-arrival preference gathering\nResolve guest concerns discreetly and turn service recoveries into memorable moments\nMaintain detailed guest profiles to personalise future stays
Requirements
High school diploma; hospitality or tourism qualification preferred\nMinimum 3 years of concierge or luxury guest-service experience\nFluent English and French; additional languages highly valued\nExtensive knowledge of Paris restaurants, culture and attractions\nImpeccable grooming, discretion and interpersonal skills\nEligibility to work in France
