Job Description

SkyLine Hospitality Group is looking for a charismatic and skilled Bartender for our rooftop cocktail bar in Barcelona. You will craft classic and signature cocktails, deliver engaging guest interaction, and maintain a vibrant bar atmosphere that keeps guests returning. If you love mixology and thrive in a lively, social environment, this role is for you. You will also curate a rotating seasonal cocktail menu and host occasional guest-shift evenings with visiting mixologists from across Europe.\n\nOur Barcelona property is known for its creative drinks programme and strong team culture. We offer competitive pay with tips, professional bartending training, and opportunities to represent the bar at cocktail competitions and guest shifts across our European properties. Tips are pooled fairly across the bar team, and high performers are sponsored for advanced bartending certifications.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines and beverages to recipe standards\nEngage guests with friendly, professional bar-side service\nMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and equipment\nManage bar stock, prepare garnishes and assist with inventory counts\nProcess payments accurately and operate the POS system\nCheck guest identification and follow responsible alcohol service regulations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum 2 years of bartending experience, ideally in cocktail bars or hotels\nStrong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and wine basics\nExcellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong advantage\nAbility to work late nights, weekends and holidays\nEnergetic personality with flair for guest entertainment
