SkyLine Hospitality Group is looking for a passionate Barista to join our speciality coffee lounge in Sydney. You will craft exceptional espresso-based beverages, engage warmly with regulars and newcomers alike, and help maintain our reputation as one of the city's favourite coffee destinations. If you genuinely love coffee culture, you will feel right at home here. You will also help develop seasonal drink specials and represent the lounge at local coffee festivals and latte-art throwdowns.\n\nWe invest in our baristas with professional coffee training, latte-art workshops and pathways into supervisory and café management roles. Responsibilities

Prepare espresso-based drinks, filter coffees and speciality beverages to high standards\nDeliver friendly, efficient counter service and build rapport with regular customers\nMaintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment and seating areas\nDial in grinders and monitor coffee quality throughout the shift\nHandle cash and card payments accurately using the POS system\nAssist with stock rotation, milk orders and basic café food preparation

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent\nPrevious barista experience preferred; certified training is an advantage\nGenuine passion for speciality coffee and café culture\nFriendly, upbeat personality with strong customer-service instincts\nAbility to work early mornings, weekends and at a fast pace\nAustralian work rights required
