Pullman Paris La Défense, a 5-star hotel in the heart of the La Défense business district, is hiring a Welcomer/Réceptionniste on a permanent contract (CDI). WHAT YOU'LL DO
Be present and visible in the lobby, welcoming guests with warm personalised service. Manage customer flow, handle information requests and complaints, support check-in/check-out and administrative procedures, and liaise between hotel departments.

REQUIREMENTS
Passion for customer relations, team spirit, and mastery of several languages including English for an international clientele. Knowledge of Opera software is an asset. All experience levels welcome.

Responsibilities

Be present and visible in the lobby, naturally approaching guests. Contribute through warm, personalised service to guest loyalty and well-being. Manage customer flow and optimise waiting times. Handle information requests and complaints. Support check-in/check-out operations and administrative procedures. Liaise between departments (floors, technical) and all hotel reception points. Handle telephone calls and take reservations for outlets when needed.

Requirements

Passion for customer relations with imagination to satisfy, surprise and retain guests. Team spirit and effective collaboration. Mastery of several languages including English to serve an international clientele. Good knowledge of the Opera hotel software is an asset. Experience level: open (indifférent).
