Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations and a team of 10–15 warehouse associates across shifts. Plan labour, inbound receipts, put-away, picking, packing and outbound dispatch to meet daily targets. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and investigate stock variances. Enforce health, safety and housekeeping standards across the facility. Track warehouse KPIs (productivity, accuracy, on-time dispatch) and report to the warehouse manager. Coordinate with transport teams and clients on order priorities and delivery schedules.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a large-scale warehouse or third-party logistics (3PL) environment. A degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related discipline. Hands-on knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control. Proven ability to lead and motivate a multicultural warehouse team. Good written and spoken English.
