Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end invoicing process: statement of work and purchase orders through invoice receipt, verification, approval and payment to installation partners
- Verify invoice accuracy and coding for reporting; maintain and update the vendor price catalog database
- Respond to vendor inquiries on invoice and payment status; conduct vendor statement reconciliations
- Create statements of work for installation partners and route them for signature
- Oversee all purchase orders and related invoices; execute change orders
- Coordinate with Motive Accounts Payable; support month-end and year-end close
- Create financial, operational and performance reports for professional installers and the ProInstall program
- Drive process improvements within the invoicing team

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in invoice management or accounts payable
- Experience with Hex or Tableau and with Redash queries
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; able to work independently and as a team player
- SFDC and Coupa experience preferred
