Job Description

Derby Hotels Collection is hiring a full-time Receptionist for the Hotel Claris 5*GL in Barcelona, Spain, with immediate incorporation and one vacancy open. This is an on-site front-desk role at a luxury hotel in the centre of Barcelona.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle guest check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations and respond to guest enquiries and complaints
- Carry out billing and cash closure procedures
- Coordinate with other hotel departments

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist in hotels of the same category
- University or vocational training in tourism or hospitality
- Spanish and English plus a third language
- Availability to work shifts
- Knowledge of the Ulysses Cloud PMS is an advantage
