Job Description

GP at Hand, one of the UK's largest digitally enabled NHS general practices, is recruiting enthusiastic Practice Nurses for its nursing team across five Central London clinic sites, with full-time and part-time roles available.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run face-to-face nursing clinics including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, cervical screening, NHS health checks and immunisations
- Undertake travel health assessments, wound care, venepuncture and long-term disease management clinics
- Conduct remote consultations where clinically appropriate
- Complete desktop clinical reviews, including long-term condition and QOF-related reviews
- Promote healthy lifestyle choices, smoking cessation and screening programmes
- Adapt care delivery across face-to-face, telephone, video and asynchronous digital channels

REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- General Practice Nurse qualification or accredited long-term-condition modules
- Experience delivering the national immunisation programme
- Cervical cytology training and competence
- Willingness to work flexibly across clinic sites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Confident delivering care through digital and remote consultation methods
- Understanding of QOF and primary care quality standards
- Knowledge of safeguarding and infection prevention and control procedures

JOB DETAILS
- Salary: £48,000 to £52,000 per year (pro rata)
- Permanent contract; full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Clinic sites across Central London: Canary Wharf, Victoria, Euston, Fulham and Wimbledon
- Clinics open 8:00am to 8:00pm — a range of shifts required
- Benefits include 27 days' annual leave (pro rata), 5% employer pension contribution, health cash plan and life insurance at 4x salary
