Responsibilities

- Monitor patients' health conditions and observe any changes in symptoms or overall status
- Accurately record and report patients' symptoms, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Provide appropriate nursing care based on the patient's needs and established care plan
- Assist and monitor patients in a homecare setting as assigned
- Follow proper infection control, patient safety, and nursing procedures

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Holder of a Professional License / passed Board or Professional Licensure Examination
- Registered Nurse with a valid professional nursing license
- Willing to undergo training and work as a Homecare Nurse
- Willing to work in a non-stay-in homecare arrangement
- Good communication, observation, and documentation skills
