Responsibilities

- Guide users through the Octorate platform and troubleshoot issues
- Support customers via email, chat and phone
- Contribute to the knowledge base and work towards KPI targets

Requirements

- Experience in the hospitality sector, including channel managers
- Minimum 1 year of customer assistance experience
- Excellent written and spoken Italian AND English
- Fluency (written and spoken) in French OR Spanish
- Based in Rome or nearby only; comfortable working under pressure
