- Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and achieve business KPIs
- Support revenue growth through effective commercial and financial management

Requirements

- 6–8+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations
- Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role
- Strong understanding of Rooms Division and overall hotel operations
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and KPIs
- UAE hospitality experience is preferred
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
