Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic HR business partner to hotel leadership on people, culture, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring professional, confidential, and service-oriented support
- Oversee all HR operations aligned with business objectives and brand standards
- Prepare and manage the annual HR budget
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Manage recruitment and selection, workforce planning, payroll coordination, and HR systems
- Drive talent development, succession planning, coaching, and career growth initiatives

Requirements

- Relevant work experience in HR required (experience in the HR function is mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or High School Certificate (depending on the position)
- Management-level capability: reports to the Director of Human Resources and leads the hotel HR team
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and statutory employment requirements
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Fluency in English essential; additional languages an advantage
