Responsibilities

Process accounts-payable invoices and staff reimbursements accurately and on time. Post daily journals and maintain the general ledger. Reconcile supplier statements, bank accounts and balance-sheet schedules. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Prepare financial reports and schedules for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations. Liaise with auditors and other departments on finance queries.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent qualification. Hands-on experience with Tally and/or Sun accounting systems. Solid background in accounts payable within a hotel or service-industry environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
