Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop support for hardware, software and network issues. Image, deploy and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices for new and existing users. Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM/ticketing system within SLA. Support printers, peripherals and meeting-room AV equipment. Perform routine maintenance, patching and asset-inventory updates. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams and follow up to resolution. Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with end users.

Requirements

3+ years of desktop/IT support experience in a corporate environment. Recognised IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft or equivalent) preferred. Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, hardware troubleshooting and ticketing systems.
