Responsibilities
Control and coordinate line maintenance activity from the Maintenance Control Center. Troubleshoot aircraft defects and manage deferred items within airworthiness limits. Liaise with flight operations, maintenance providers and crew control to minimise delays. Monitor fleet technical status and escalate critical issues. Ensure all decisions comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Aircraft maintenance background, ideally with a recognised licence (EASA/ICAO) or strong maintenance planning experience. Solid knowledge of airworthiness, MEL/CDL and maintenance programmes. Ability to make rapid operational decisions under pressure. Strong English communication skills for coordination with international teams. Willingness to work shifts in Almaty.
