As always with QatarEnergy recruitment, apply only through official channels and never pay any fee to secure a job.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end contracting lifecycle from tender strategy to close-out. Prepare tender documentation, evaluate bids and support contract award decisions. Administer contracts, variations and claims in line with commercial terms. Liaise with engineering, legal, finance and supply-chain stakeholders. Ensure contractor compliance with scope, schedule and quality requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quantity surveying, law or a related discipline. Proven experience in contracts administration, tendering and claims management, ideally in oil, gas or major infrastructure projects. Knowledge of international contract forms (e.g. FIDIC) and commercial negotiation. Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
