Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers in line with CAA regulations. Deliver friendly, efficient onboard service including retail and catering. Welcome and board passengers, checking documentation and seating. Conduct safety briefings and emergency-procedure demonstrations. Administer first aid when required and manage onboard incidents professionally. Prepare the cabin for departure and arrival, securing equipment and completing reports.

Requirements

Customer-service background or the right attitude for a safety-critical cabin role. Able to meet UK CAA cabin-crew medical and regulatory requirements. Good written and spoken English.
