Job Description

Starbucks is hiring part-time Baristas for its Bancroft, Ontario location, offering full training, development opportunities and the chance to be part of a mission-driven team — no previous coffee experience required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet and connect with customers, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Take and customise orders while providing thoughtful product recommendations
- Prepare high-quality beverages and food items to Starbucks recipes and standards
- Educate customers about the menu, coffee origins and brewing methods
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace meeting food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Replenish inventory, stock supplies and help manage product displays
- Support the team in smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay organised and manage time effectively
- A passion for customer service and building connections
- A team-player mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Open to learning through online training, classroom instruction and hands-on mentorship
- Previous experience in retail, food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
